Below are descriptions of the services you are funding and the policies we need to inform you about before you make an online donation.
Currency and payment method All prices for donations shown on this website are in NZD ( New Zealand Dollars ) and are processed via our providers Secure Card Payment Gateway.
What your donation will fund All of our charitable outputs are focused on promoting General Aviation by education, scholarships and other programmes to achieve this. You can see recent scholarship winners and other beneficiaries of the trust in our news page here.
Physical Products We do not offer any physical products online.
Subscriptions or cyclic billing We do not offer any subscriptions or cyclic billing online.
Donation refund policy Any donation made via our online Secure Card Payment Gateway may be refunded in full on demand for up to 7 days after the date it was made.
Information Security Our online donations process does not store any of your personal information or card information on our website. Your payment is processed via a Secure Card Payment Gateway that we will direct you to make the payment. We receive information from our payment provider after transactions are completed. All of our post payment process is offline. We will receive sufficient information to be able to issue a Donation Receipt which is the amount paid , date, transaction reference and your email address. We do not receive any card number, valid to date or check digit information from the secure gateway about your payment card. We will use your email address to contact you, thank you for the donation and tell you about things we are doing. You can opt out of future messages at any time.
